DZL horizontal chain coal-fired hot water boiler is a horizontal three-return water-fire tube boiler. Two fire tubes are arranged in the drum, and water-cooled wall tubes are arranged on both sides of the furnace; The combustion equipment uses a light chain grate to achieve mechanical coaling, and is equipped with drums and induced draft fans for mechanical ventilation. The fuel falls from the coal hopper to the grate, and after the furnace enters the furnace, it burns. The flue gas passes through the upper combustion chamber of the rear arch, and the combustion chamber passes upwards. The shed tube smoke chamber enters the first tube bundle to the front cigarette box, and then the former smoke. The box is folded into the second bundle to the rear smoke box. It is drawn into the flue, dust collector and chimney by the induced draft fan and finally discharged to the atmosphere.
The boiler has high automation level, automatic adjustment of boiler feed water, high and low water level alarm, low water level interlock protection, and interlocking protection of lead and blower. Mechanization of coal and slag on the boiler has reduced the labor intensity of the workers and the auxiliary equipment is complete.
1. The boiler adopts a high-efficiency heat transfer element-threaded flue gas pipe, coupled with a reasonable flue gas flow rate, so that the boiler's thermal efficiency is 6-8 percentage points higher than the national professional standards.
