The YLW series coal-fired thermal fluid heater is a square dish tube horizontal chain grate boiler. Chain grate and boiler body are separated from factory. After the site is put in place, it can only be put into operation if oil and electricity are connected. The furnace adopts chain grate to realize mechanical coal addition. It is equipped with drum and draught fan for mechanical ventilation, and equipped with slag remover to realize mechanical slag removal.
When it is running, the fuel will be burned on the grate by adding the coal hopper. High temperature flue gas is reflected through the back arch to the furnace before entering the furnace. After radiation heat transfer through the radiation heating surface, it enters the convection heating surface for convection heat transfer. Then it goes to the waste heat boiler, enters the air preheater, and finally enters the dust collector. After the dust removal, the flue gas is pumped through the chimney and exhausted into the atmosphere.
Boiler heating bread consists of four parts: furnace radiant heating surface, convective tube bundle heating surface, waste heat boiler, air preheater (economizer).

8. Patented flue gas pipe special machine, infrared measuring thread depth, to ensure appropriate thread taste depth, strictly ensure heat transfer coefficient and service life.
