DHL series biomass fired hot water boiler introduction

DHL series biomass fired hot water boiler can be used as the main heat source of central heating in cities, industrial and mining enterprises, as well as peak boilers in thermal power plants, to regulate the operation of urban heat network. The boiler can also meet the requirements of industrial and mining enterprises which need a large number of process hot water.

DHL corner tube boiler is field assembled boiler, it uses a piping system as the frame of the entire boiler, and it bears the full load of the boiler, which makes a non-framework boiler. At the same time, this frame also serves as the down comer of the boiler and upper and lower headers. The boiler drum is an external type drum, the furnace is a fully enclosed membrane wall structure, the convective heat absorbing surface adopts the flag tube structure. The corner tube boiler has the advantages of compact structure, low steel consumption and rapid temperature increase.

It has the characteristics of high thermal efficiency, low operating cost, long-term trouble-free operation, low smoke and dust emission concentration at boiler outlet, light weight, less investment in infrastructure, chip loading and discharging, small on-site installation workload, short installation cycle and so on. It is the latest substitute for large-capacity hot water boiler in China.

Performance advantage

1. Boiler load regulation range is large (30-110%), easy to adjust.

2. Adopting cross-beam grate, the resistance of grate operation is small; the cooling effect of grate is good, and the failure rate is low; the amount of "fuel" leaked from grate is small; adopting all-welded membrane water wall structure, the sealing is good and the heat loss is small; large cross-section and furnace design, cooperating with secondary air and optimizing rear arch, can effectively promote the burnout of fly ash and slag, and actually measure the heat effect. The rate is approaching 90%, which is comparable to CFB series products.

3. Based on the special corner tube and self-bearing structure of the boiler body, the water circulation is reliable, the start-up is quick and the temperature difference stress is small.

4. Boiler burns biomass purely without adding other bed materials, and combusts grate combustion mainly with multi-flue arrangement to separate larger particles from flue gas by using separation effect, which can significantly reduce the original dust concentration of the boiler.

5. it has a large range of load adjustment 30-110%, which is suitable for users' demand for boiler multi load.
