DHS corner tube gas fired boiler uses a piping system as the skeleton of the entire boiler, and it bears the entire load of the boiler itself, so it also becomes a frameless boiler. At the same time, this skeleton also serves as the lowering pipe and the upper and lower headers of the boiler. The boiler drum is external, the furnace is a fully enclosed membrane wall structure, and the convection heating surface adopts a flag tube structure. The DHS corner tube gas fired boiler has the advantages of compact structure, low steel consumption and fast heating, so it is widely used. The boiler is in bulk construction.
On the basis of summarizing the advantages and disadvantages of the existing gas boiler technology, the company has successfully developed a new type of corner tube gas fired boilertechnology according to the combustion characteristics and heat transfer characteristics of the gas boiler and the mature corner tube boiler technology.
Water circulation safety: It adopts a unique water circulation structure. The drum is not heated and flows in a single direction by the heated water. When the power is cut off, the water system is not vaporized and the water circulation is safe and reliable.
Structural earthquake resistance: The DHS corner tube gas fired boiler adopts a skeleton-free structure. The weight of the body is supported by the membrane water wall and the downcomer, and all the membrane walls are welded together to provide good shock resistance.
Fully sealed structure: all around the boiler body is welded by the membrane type water-cooled wall, and the steel structure is completely sealed to prevent the occurrence of air leakage. The upper part of the boiler can be divided according to the size of the railway transportation limit. The excess air coefficient after the heating surface of the boiler tail is only less than 1.2, which not only reduces the heat loss of the exhaust gas, reduces the power consumption of the induced draft fan, but also greatly reduces the environmental pollution of the boiler room.
Lightweight insulation of the furnace wall: The outer wall of the DHS corner tube gas fired boiler is installed with light insulation material, covered with 200mm thick elastic special composite silicate board, 40mm thick slurry cover, and then reinforced with metal plate, no brick wall structure, excellent thermal insulation effect.
