DZL series coal-fired steam boiler is a kind of vertical, three returns, water-fire tube, chain grate boiler, using middle bituminous coal, anthracite, biomass, etc. as fuel. The boiler with a single drum is placed vertically. In the drum, we use threaded tubes to enlarge the heating area. The drum and two-side water wall tubes compose radiation heating area.The alarm system for the limit parameters and the interlock protection.There are two kinds of dust collectors for your choice: cyclone and scrubber. The dust removal efficiency of the first one is up to 95%. While the one of the second one is up to 95% and at the same time SOx and NOx removal efficiency is up to 98%.

Product Advantage

The DZL series boiler is a single-cylinder vertical-type water-fired tube-shell boiler, and the combustion is set as the active grate. The water circulation of the water heater is naturally added radiation. The water-cooling wall on the left and right sides of the furnace is a radiant heating surface, and the two wings of the furnace are convective heating surfaces. The furnace is made of a new process of integral casting of heat-resistant concrete, and the outside of the boiler main body is a three-dimensional shield shell.

1. The boiler adopts an arched tube plate and a threaded tobacco pipe to form a drum, so that the quasi-steel body of the drum becomes a quasi-elastic structure. The pulling members of the tube plate area are eliminated, the stress is reduced, and the problem of tube plate cracks is solved.

2. The riser row is arranged in the lower part of the drum to eliminate the dead water area at the bottom of the pot. The high temperature zone of the drum is well cooled, preventing the bulge in the lower part of the shell.

3. The boiler uses a highly efficient heat transfer threaded pipe to achieve enhanced heat transfer. The boiler is heated and boosted quickly, which improves the thermal efficiency of the boiler. Since the flue gas is disturbed in the pipe, the pipe is not easy to accumulate dust, and plays a role of self-cleaning.
