SHL series coal-fired steam boiler introduction

The SHL series coal-fired steam boiler is a natural boiler with two cylinders arranged horizontally. A dense convective tube bundle is arranged between the upper and lower drums, a water-cooled wall is arranged around the combustion chamber, a front and rear water-cooled wall is arranged to form the front and back drying required for combustion, a convective superheater is arranged at the outlet of the drying chamber, and a finned cast iron economizer and a tubular air preheater are arranged at the tail flue shaft. Combustion equipment is flake chain grate driven by N-type continuously variable gearbox, which can adjust grate speed arbitrarily to meet the needs of load fluctuation. The series boilers are designed according to bituminous coal and anthracite respectively, and are ventilated by separate bin type machinery in order to improve the stability of chain grate combustion. This series of boiler is equipped with console.

The boiler has a saturated steam boiler and a superheated steam boiler. The saturated steam boiler can be used for industrial and mining enterprises to produce steam and domestic heating. The superheated steam boiler can be used with 5MW steam turbine generator set.
