Biomass boiler uses biomass energy pellet fuel, which is a major scientific research achievement in fuel application. It is the best granular fuel made by crushing, mixing, extruding and drying all the waste crops such as straw, rice straw, fuelwood, sawdust, peanut shell, melon seeds, beet, bark, etc. Its raw materials are widely distributed, advanced processing technology, biomass pellet fuel is famous for green coal, is a clean energy. As the fuel of boiler, it burns for a long time, burns at a high temperature in intensified furnace, and it is economical and economical, and has no pollution to the environment. It can replace firewood, coal and natural gas. It is a high efficiency and energy-saving environmental protection product.

DZL series biomass fired steam boiler are horizontal three-pass water & fire tube boilers with a chain grate stoker structure. Threaded pyrotechnic tubes are arranged in the drum to form a convection heating surface, while the drum and the water walls on both sides form a radiation heating surface in the furnace. Each package system is fully installed and wired before being transported to site and is electrically controlled to provide functions such as stepless speed regulation for the stoker, threshold parameter alert and interlock protection.

The boiler can be equipped with a fuel (gas) ignition burner to realize ignition automation. Boiler feeding, combustion, slag removal, water supply and ignition can be controlled automatically, and the operation is very convenient. The boiler is equipped with automatic ash removal device, which can remove the ash deposited on the heating surface of the boiler in time and ensure the high efficiency and stable operation of the boiler. The boiler is equipped with economizer at the rear, and air preheater can also be arranged according to users' needs. Compared with the traditional boiler, the boiler is more efficient and the exhaust gas temperature is low.

Performance advantage

1. It uses arch tube sheet and threaded smoke pipe to form a drum, so that the drum from quasi-steel body into quasi-elastic structure, eliminating the tubesheet area of the tension support, reducing stress. The smoke pipe is changed from two return to single return, which solves the problem of tube plate crack.

2. The lower part of the drum is arranged with an ascending pipe row. It eliminates the dead water area at the bottom of the drum, makes the mud and dregs not easy to deposit, and the high temperature area of the drum can be well cooled to prevent the bottom of the drum from bulging.

3. It uses high-efficiency heat-transfer threaded flue gas pipe, and achieves the characteristics of heat transfer enhancement, boiler temperature rising and pressure rising quickly, and improves the thermal efficiency of the boiler.

4. Its structure is compact, compared with the same type of boilers, small size, saving investment in boiler room infrastructure.

5. It is stable, easy to adjust and full of effort. It has 110% overload capacity.

6. It uses threaded pipe to enhance heat transfer and improve heat transfer coefficient and thermal efficiency. Because the flue gas has disturbance in the pipe. It is not easy to accumulate ash in the flue pipe, which plays the role of self cleaning.

7. There is a certain dustfall effect on the front smoke box and outlet smoke window of the boiler. It makes the original dust concentration of the boiler under the standard, and guarantees that the smoke and dust discharge of the boiler reaches the target set by the state environmental protection regulations.
