SZL series coal-fired steam boilers are horizontally assembled double-pot vertical-type water tube shell-type chain grate steam boilers. The chain furnace is used for layer burning, and the economizer is installed at the tail. The heat transfer efficiency of the convective heating surface is high, and the water circulation system is reasonable. The water capacity is large, the steam space is large, and the steam quality is good.
The boiler has the advantages of quick-loading boiler, compact structure, single-layer layout of boiler room, convenient on-site installation, short cycle, low cost and simple operation. This series of steam boilers is suitable for industrial and domestic steam, and the corresponding capacity of water heaters is suitable for industrial and civil heating.
The fuel falls from the coal hopper to the grate through the coal gate, and then flattens out and slowly enters the hearth with the grate, and then burns. The flue gas generated passes through the upper combustion chamber of the rear arch. The flue gas enters the first tube bundle to the front flue box through the smoke chamber of the rear shed tube upward, and then folds from the front flue box into the second bundle to the rear flue box. The dust collector and the chimney are finally discharged into the atmosphere. The series of boilers have a large amount of convective heating surface, stable efficiency characteristics and certain overload operation capacity. It is equipped with stepless speed regulating device, automatic regulation of water supply, alarm of high and low water level, interlocking protection of low water level, interlocking protection of blower and induced draft fan, so that the adjustment means of optimum combustion condition become more complete.
After the boiler is in place, it only needs to install external pipelines, valve instruments, electronic control systems and related auxiliary equipment to operate. The installation on site is convenient, the structure is compact and elegant, and the mechanized operation of adding coal and removing slag is realized.
