SZL series biomass fired steam boiler introduction

SZL series boilers are horizontal double drum longitudinal chain boiler drain pipe steam boilers and hot water boiler designed by our technicians according to domestic and foreign advanced technology and experience. This series of products have reached the international advanced level in technology, performance and environmental protection, and are the leading products in the boiler industry.

SZL series biomass-fired steam boiler is package or shop-assembled water tube boiler with double steam drum and chain grate stoker structure. 4-6 tph boiler is package boiler and 6-35 tph is shop-assembled structure, which is composed of 2 parts, upper part is heat absorbing surface and lower part is combustion equipment. The former part of boiler body is surrounded by membrane wall, its upper part connects with boiler drum and lower part connects with header, which forms a combustion chamber to absorb the radiated heat from furnace; there are dense convection tube bundle between the back side of upper and lower drum, the high temperature smoke enters a separate economizer after flushing heat absorbing surface then discharge from chimney.

Combustion molding biomass fuels can also be pure or mixed combustion of coal and briquette biomass fuels to provide thermal energy, or power generation.

1. SZL series water-cooled arch and membrane water-cooled wall assembling boiler is a new type of water pipe assembling boiler which is developed exclusively by our company and combines the advantages of the furnace arch of bulk boiler. It skillfully applies the water-cooled technology of the combustion system of large chain grate boiler and the membrane water-cooled wall technology to the assembling boiler. It is the first in China and its technical index is at the leading level in China.

2. Membrane water wall structure is used on both sides of furnace and combustion chamber. Membrane water wall structure is an independent and original design of our company. The membrane water wall structure used in utility boilers is used in assembling boilers. Its advantages are large heat transfer coefficient, good heat transfer effect, low heat loss, good air tightness, no deformation and no ash leakage.

3. the front and rear wall of the water wall tube extends downward to the upper part of the grate to form a money and back arch. The structure is added on the basis of the original mature bulk boiler, and on the basis of other heating areas unchanged, the radiant heating surface of the furnace is added, and the overload capacity is stronger; the front and rear arch is made of water-cooled wall tube and poured with high alumina cement, thus avoiding the crack of the original boiler's three-fold arch brick in long-term high temperature roasting. The collapse of the arch, thereby prolonging the service life of the arch.

4. SZL series biomass steam boilers adopt inverted "alpha" arch technology. The front arch is high and short, the rear arch is low and long, which increases the burning time of flue gas in the furnace and improves combustion efficiency. The streamlined rear arch can throw the unburned carbon particles blown back into the front part of the grate. It makes the coal more easily ignited, the fire line is neat, and the fuel is widely adaptable.
