The DHL series coal-fired hot water boiler is a new type of water tube boiler which has been independently designed and manufactured by our company after sufficient market research and according to the national energy policy and market demand, through our strict technical and economic analysis. It is a commercial name in which the heat-reducing downcomers are arranged on the four corners and are self-supporting, and the drums are generally arranged in a furnace front transverse type or a single drum type.
Through joint design and independent development with Xi'an Jiaotong University, our company has fully grasped the basic principles, product performance and manufacturing process of the furnace type. At the same time, combined with China's coal burning characteristics, continuous digestion and absorption, improved research and development, has formed a series of angle tube steam boiler products and angle tube type hot water boiler products. At present, this type of boiler manufactured by Wuxi Zozen Boiler Co., Ltd. has been spread all over the country.
1. The angle tube boiler adopts the mode wall structure, which can reduce the air leakage and the light-applying tube wall. It does not need bulky fire-resistant and heat-insulating brick walls, and the heat storage is small and the time is short.
2. The angle tube boiler adopts a unique water circulation structure, which is safe and reliable. The angle tube boiler is self-supporting structure, has no steel frame, and has good seismic performance. The angle tube boiler adopts a positive-rotating beam type chain grate structure, and the equal-pressure uniform warehouse supplies air, which is suitable for wide coal type design.
3. The angle tube boiler has high thermal efficiency, wide load regulation range, low operating cost, and extremely low failure rate, and can operate without problems for a long time.
4. The angle tube boiler has a small installation workload, a short installation cycle, a small footprint, and low construction cost.
