The SZL series coal-fired hot water boiler is a double boiler water pipe chain grate boiler. The boiler body has two upper and lower drums arranged longitudinally along the boiler center. The front part of the upper drum and the water wall tubes on both sides form the radiant heating surface of the furnace. The tube bundles between the rear part of the upper drum and the lower drum form the convective heating surface. The economizer is arranged at the back of the boiler. After the high-temperature flue gas generated by combustion is absorbed part of heat in the furnace, it enters the convective heating surface through the cooling chamber and then transfers the flue gas to the chimney and discharges it into the atmosphere through the economizer and the dust collector.
The boiler has high automation level, automatic adjustment of boiler feed water, high and low water level alarm, low water level interlock protection, and interlocking protection of lead and blower. Mechanization of coal and slag on the boiler has reduced the labor intensity of the workers and the auxiliary equipment is complete.
