SHX series circulating fluidized bed boilers are mainly used for large-scale central heating, production heating projects or heating systems in cities and various enterprises. The product uses a number of patented technology, can run continuously for a long time, the failure rate is very low, long continuous running time as long as 10 months, the annual running time can reach 350 days or so.

The boiler has a saturated steam boiler and a superheated steam boiler. The saturated steam boiler can be used for industrial and mining enterprises to produce steam and domestic heating. The superheated steam boiler can be used with 5MW steam turbine generator set.

Technology Advantages

SHX circulating fluidized bed boiler is a new type of clean coal-fired boiler with high efficiency and low pollution. Its main characteristic is that there are a lot of materials in the furnace. During the combustion process, a lot of materials are carried to the upper part of the furnace by flue gas. After the separator arranged at the furnace outlet, the materials and flue gas are separated and passed through non-flue gas. The mechanical return valve will send material to the bed and circulate repeatedly. Owing to the high concentration of materials, large heat capacity and good mixing of materials, it is generally possible to carry several kilograms of materials per kilogram of flue gas. These circulating materials bring high heat transfer coefficient, so that the boiler heat load adjustment range is wide, and the fuel adaptability is strong.

Circulating fluidized bed boilers use a higher fluidization rate than bubbling bed boilers and do not have a clear interface like bubbling bed. Because of the strong turbulence and material circulation in the bed, the residence time of fuel in the furnace is increased, so the combustion efficiency is higher than that of bubbling bed. It can operate stably under low load without additional auxiliary fuel. Circulating fluidized bed boilers also have the advantages of high combustion efficiency, burning inferior fuels, good load regulation and easy comprehensive utilization of ash, so they have developed rapidly in the world. With the increasingly stringent environmental protection requirements, it is generally believed that circulating fluidized bed (CFB) is one of the practical and feasible coal-fired equipment with high efficiency and low pollution.
