The QXX series circulating fluidized bed hot water boiler has a simple and compact structure. The boiler body is composed of combustion equipment, coal feeding device, water cooling system, separator, economizer, air preheater, steel frame, escalator, furnace wall, etc., and adopts all steel frame structure. The energy-saving circulating fluidized bed hot water boiler arranges the combustion chamber, the separator and the tail flue in order from the front to the back of the furnace to ensure good sealing performance.

The high temperature zone adopts a full-membrane wall sealing structure, a fully suspended type, and a fixed expansion center. The material legs and the water wall of the furnace are integrated and expanded to improve the reliability of operation and reduce heat loss. The coal feeder is arranged in front of the furnace, and the air required for combustion is provided by the primary and secondary fans respectively. The large amount of flue gas generated by the combustion of the fuel in the furnace carries the material, and the flue gas and the material are separated by the separator, and the separated materials are returned to the furnace through the returning device and re-burned. 4, The circulating fluidized bed boiler has a high volumetric thermal load, and its dense phase zone cross-sectional area is only 1/3 to 1/2 of that of a conventional fluidized bed boiler. At the same time, the dense phase zone is an adiabatic room, so the ignition is convenient and fast, and the fire time can be up to 30 hours.
