Biomass boilers are divided into biomass steam boilers and biomass hot water boilers according to the different outlet media. In the current world energy shortage, serious environmental pollution, biomass as a renewable energy, and biomass sulfur content is low, nitrogen content is high, the combustion of NOx and SO2 content is very low. SZL series biomass fired hot water boiler adopts a double cylinder vertical arrangement, and the combustion mode is chain grate. The boiler burns biomass to form solid fuel. The wall of both sides of the furnace wall adopts membrane water wall structure. The front and rear wall water wall tubes of the furnace extend downward to the upper part of the grate to form a front and back arch, which not only increases the sealing performance of the boiler, but also increases the furnace volume and heating surface, and strengthens the back arch. Behind the furnace is the burning chamber, the convection tube bundle, and the rear is economizer. The flue gas enters the tail flue through the furnace, the burning chamber, the convection tube bundle and the economizer, and discharges into the atmosphere through the dust collector, the induced draft fan and the chimney. The front wall is equipped with secondary air, which is controlled by the valve and put into use when burning biomass fuel, so as to intensify combustion, make the fuel fully burned out and improve combustion efficiency. A higher feed inlet is adopted to meet the demand of biomass fuel.
