Biomass boiler is a kind of boiler, which uses biomass energy as fuel. It is called biomass boiler. It is divided into biomass steam boiler, biomass hot water boiler, biomass hot air stove, biomass thermal oil boiler, vertical biomass boiler, horizontal biomass boiler and so on.
The boiler uses the most suitable biomass fuel combustion equipment ----DZL series biomass fired hot water boiler. In structure design, compared with traditional boiler, the furnace space of boiler is larger, and the arrangement of secondary air is very reasonable, which is conducive to the full combustion of a large amount of volatile matter instantaneously released from biomass fuel combustion.
Coal blocks with roughly uniform particles are dropped into the coal hopper by an automatic coal feeder, and enter the front arch for preheating under the rotation of the chain grate. After burnout in the fire zone, it falls into the slag pool. The high-temperature flue gas produced by furnace combustion enters the back of the furnace from the lower part of the arch of the two-wing flue, and then heat exchanges are carried out by the two-wing flue. It flows forward through the front flue box, enters the convective tube bundle, and then enters the economizer and dust collector from the tail of the drum. The induced draft fan is sent into the chimney and discharged into the atmosphere.
The boiler feed water is completed by the boiler feed water pump. The softened water is supplied from the water feeder economizer, then enters the boiler barrel, and then the downcomer enters the left and right header. Both sides of the water wall are endothermally vaporized to produce steam. The steam enters the steam-water separator in the drum. After separation, the main steam valve enters the heating process.
The fuel enters the furnace and burns on the grate. The production flue gas enters the two wing convection tube bundles along the bottom of the drum through a smoke outlet on the middle partition wall. It enters the threaded pipe through the front smoke box, passes through the dust collector, and is pumped by the induced draft fan through the chimney into the atmosphere.
The boiler is fully installed. Blowers, induced draft fans, dust collectors, electronic consoles, pumps, valves, meters, flue duct nozzles, etc., shall be manufactured according to the drawings or in accordance with the provisions of the contract. According to the list of technical documents, two copies of random technical documents are provided.
1, With high efficiency insulation material, the boiler surface temperature is low, and the heat loss can be neglected. According to China's national standards and standards strictly, all pressure parts are made of high quality boiler steel.
2, Each boiler must undergo strict inspection and test before leaving the factory, including water pressure test and X ray inspection.
