Acceptance and acceptance of new boilers need to be carried out by the safety inspection departments of boilers and pressure vessels. New boilers need to pass their approval, supervision and related performance testing. After passing the test, the manufacturer can officially deliver the boiler to the user.
Nine Notices for Boiler Acceptance
1. Check the construction and installation records and quality inspection records of boilers, boiler room equipment and pipes filled in by installation units.
2. Check whether the installation of boilers, auxiliary equipment and pipes meets the design requirements. Whether the insulation and oil brushing of thermal equipment and road meet the requirements.
3. Check whether the installation of safety accessories is reasonable and correct, whether the performance is reliable, and whether the pressure vessel has a certificate of conformity.
4. Whether the installation of electrical equipment in boiler room is correct, safe and reliable; whether the automatic control, signal system and instrument are qualified for debugging, sensitive and reliable.
5. Check the operation of coal, combustion and slag removal systems for air leakage and smoke leakage; Check the effectiveness of smoke and dust removal equipment and whether the noise of boiler accessories is qualified.
6. Check the installation quality of water treatment equipment and water supply equipment to see whether the water quality meets the water quality standards of low pressure boilers.
7. Check the debugging records of drying furnace, boiling furnace and safety valve to know whether the parameters meet the design requirements during the trial operation.
8. Check the implementation and implementation of various provisions related to the safe operation of boilers, such as safe evacuation, passageway, fire protection and safety protection.
9. After the overall acceptance and acceptance is qualified, the installation unit shall arrange the technical documents for completion according to the relevant requirements and put them in the custody of the construction unit, which shall be one of the certification documents for the application of the "Boiler Use Registration Certificate" by the construction unit to the local Technical Supervision Bureau and shall be deposited in the technical files of the boiler.
