Noise of existing boilers is relatively high, and they are often complained by users. According to the survey, the noise of most existing boilers in China has not been well controlled. Boiler noise is mainly caused by the following reasons:
1. Boiler Blower
The noise of boiler blower mainly comes from the air vibration noise caused by fan, the friction noise between rotor and stator and the noise caused by the vibration of body operation. The air inlet of gas generator produces noise because of the impact of high-speed air flow on the fan.
2. Boiler Water Pump
Noise from boilers and pumps is usually generated by water flow and the structure of the pump itself.
3. Boiler Exhaust
When the boiler exhausts, the jet noise is produced when the high temperature and high pressure steam body is injected into the atmosphere. The noise generated by the gas is transmitted to the chimney along the steel pipe and forms noise at the exit of the chimney.
