1. Relation between Heating Area and Boiler Power

Given the heating area, what power boilers should I choose?

The heat supply of a ton boiler is 0.7 MW, and that of a 0.7 MW hot water boiler is equal to that of a ton steam boiler. Generally, a ton of steam boiler can be heated by about 10,000 square meters.

If the project area is 200,000 square meters, about 20 tons of steam boilers or 14 MW hot water boilers are needed. In calculating the heating area of the boiler, other factors should be taken into account, such as building structure, heat dissipation, boiler material and so on.

2. Economic benefit comparison

Boiler, as the power source of industry, has been actively promoting the development and progress of industry. Boiler fuel we commonly have natural gas, diesel, heavy oil, bituminous anthracite lignite, biomass straw fuel, etc., to a certain extent, some boilers cost less, some fuel costs are less, and some operating costs are less.

The cost of biomass boilers is about 3/10 of that of oil-fired boilers and 2/5 of that of gas-fired boilers. Although the operation cost of biomass boilers is slightly higher than that of ordinary coal-fired boilers, the state subsidizes the users who use biomass boilers. Biomass boilers can be used as alternatives in areas where coal is prohibited and gas is scarce.
