The company has two 75t/h medium temperature and medium voltage power station boilers and three 91MW hot water boilers. It is an influential heating star enterprise in Chifeng area of Inner Mongolia. Except for one other 91 MW boiler which has been shut down for a long time due to performance reasons, the other boilers are all produced by ZOZEN boiler. The operation effect is very good and the users trust them deeply.

Each boiler can save 4920 tons (standard coal) / year and 1480 tons (standard coal) / year respectively, and each boiler can save 1.48 million yuan / year and 450 000 yuan / year respectively according to 300 yuan / ton (standard coal). The fuel cost is greatly reduced and the coal saving effect is remarkable.

The product has realized low bed pressure operation, and the first and second fans save 17.12% of electricity compared with the same period of the same year. The effect of saving electricity is obvious, creating considerable economic benefits for users.
(3) low emission
The NOx emission of this product is small. Adding limestone into coal can achieve desulfurization in furnace, inhibit the generation of SO2, and is conducive to environmental protection. The results of environmental protection test show that the original emission concentration of NOX is <139mg/Nm3 without desulfurization equipment, which is far lower than the national emission standard of 200 mg/Nm3 (non-key areas), and saves a lot of cost for desulfurization and denitrification.

According to the regulation of TSG G0002-2010 "Technical Supervision and Management Regulations for Boiler Energy Conservation", the limit value of thermal efficiency is 83% and the target value is 89%. Therefore, the thermal efficiency of the boiler is 8.86% higher than the national standard limit value and 2.86% higher than the national standard target value. The main technical indicators have reached or exceeded the target value of TSG_G0002-2010 "Regulations for Supervision and Management of Boiler Energy Saving Technology" and reached the leading level in China.
