At present, more and more provinces and cities have introduced the Subsidy Methods for biomass boilers and the subsidy standards for waste heat utilization boilers, which have opened up a good market prospect for the wide application of biomass boilers and waste heat boilers.
There are many kinds of biomass fuels, such as straw boilers, gluconaldehyde slag boilers, palm shell boilers and so on. These boilers are roughly the same type of boiler, but according to the different design of fuel, boiler parameters are different. The calculation of fuel consumption of biomass boilers is the same as that of gas-fired boilers and coal-fired boilers. It is also determined by boiler efficiency and fuel calorific value.
Especially in terms of fuel calorific value, fuels are mostly used for combustion. All kinds of exhaust smoke temperatures exceed the condensation temperature of water vapor, so it is impossible to release the condensation heat of water vapor. Therefore, the low calorific value of fuel is generally used as the basis of calculation in energy utilization. The choice of countries is different. Japan and North America are used to high calorific values. However, China, the former Soviet Union, Germany and the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development are converted according to low calorific value, and some countries use both calorific value.
1, biomass biomass fuel combustion boiler consumption calculation
Biomass consumption per hour of biomass furnace =60 million kcal * tonnage / fuel calorific value / boiler combustion efficiency
Taking the problem of how much fuel to use in an hour for a 10-ton straw steam boiler as an example, a ton is 600,000 calories. Assuming that the heat of fuel is 4,000 kcal and the thermal efficiency of the boiler is 85%, a 10-ton biomass granular boiler needs 600,000*10/4,000/85% of the fuel in an hour, which is about 1,800 kg/h.
2, Estimation of fuel consumption for each tonnage fired straw boiler (assumed conditions equal to the above)
One ton biomass boiler needs 180 kg/h fuel per hour and two tons biomass combustion boiler needs 360 kg/h fuel consumption per hour.
The fuel consumption per hour of a 4-ton biomass granular boiler is 720 kg/h and that of a 5-ton biomass boiler is 900 kg/h.
The fuel consumption per hour of the 6 ton biomass chain steam boiler is 1 080 kg/h and that of the 8 ton straw fuel boiler is 1 440 kg/h.
The fuel consumption per hour of 10T straw biomass boiler is 1800kg/h and 12t biomass boiler is 2160kg/h.
15 tons of biomass boiler 1 hour fuel consumption 2700 kg / h 20 tons of biomass granular boiler fuel consumption 3600 kg / h.
25 tons of biomass boiler 1 hour fuel consumption 4500 kg / h 30 tons of biomass granular steam boiler needs 5400 kg / h of fuel per hour.
The fuel consumption of 35 ton straw burning boilers for 1 hour is 6300 kg/h and that of 40 ton biomass boilers for 1 hour is 7200 kg/h.
A 45-ton corner tube biomass steam boiler requires at least 8,100 kg/h of fuel per hour for a biomass briquette-fired boiler with a fuel consumption of 9,000 kg/h per hour.
A 55-ton biomass granular combustion boiler needs 9,900 kg/h of fuel per hour and a 60-ton biomass boiler consumes 10,800 kg/h of straw per hour.
65 tons boiler 1 hour straw fuel consumption 11700 kg / h 75 tons biomass power generation boiler 1 hour biomass consumption 13500 kg / h.
