The feeding system consists of silo, vibration feeder, screw feeder and screw feeding pipe. The SZL fuel processed in the factory is transferred to the silo by belt conveyor, and then burned by screw feeder to the burner. In order to ensure the stability of continuous cutting and material transportation, a vibrating feeder is connected between the silo and the screw feeder.
2) Combustion System
The combustion system consists of burner, fan, igniter and other components.
The biomass fuel has a preheating process in the burner, and then the fuel is conveyed to the furnace through the fan for combustion. SZL fuel contains very high volatile matter. When the temperature in the furnace reaches its volatile matter precipitation temperature, igniter fuel can ignite rapidly under the condition of air supply.
The temperature control of biomass boiler burner is based on the temperature inside the furnace, and its temperature is related to the amount of air supply during fuel gasification. The adjustment of boiler load is controlled by the adjustment of feeding quantity. The flue gas after combustion enters the convective flue through the furnace for heat transfer, then enters the dust collector for purification, and finally discharges to complete the whole combustion and heat transfer process.
3) Soot Blowing System
The boiler is equipped with an automatic soot blowing device, which can regularly sweep the furnace and flue pipe to ensure that no soot accumulates on the surface of the flue pipe, thus realizing the safe and efficient operation of the boiler.
4) Smoke and air system
Air supply system: Boiler air supply system and burner integrated layout, air through the blower to the furnace through the burner, to achieve the role of fuel delivery and combustion support. Induced Air and Dust Collection System: Under the action of induced draft fan, the high temperature flue gas generated after combustion of biomass boiler enters the dust collector through convective heat transfer in the flue pipe, and finally is discharged by the chimney through the induced draft fan.
5) Automatic Control System
The control system uses high brightness, full Chinese display, famous brand PLC control system as the central control unit, and exchanges information with boiler users by man-machine dialogue to realize full automatic operation of SZL boiler.
