Thermal fluid heaters provide heat energy for the production process of dyeing, drying and printing. Noor Fatima Group is one of the major players in manufacturing and exporting woven fabrics, garments and home textile's products in Pakistan, catering to customers all over the world. The the long-time use of the company’s previous boilers results in performance degradation and potential risks of operation. Considering the higher running and maintenance costs, the company decided to eliminate obsolete boilers and purchase one new set of high efficient thermal fluid heater. After thorough intercommunion with ZOZEN’s project leader, the company was deeply impressed by ZOZEN’s high-quality products and rich practical experience, and ultimately chose to cooperate with ZOZEN.

ZOZEN offered the company the 9.4MW YLW solid fuel thermal fluid heater. This kind of thermal fluid heater features wide adaptability of fuels, including bituminous coal, lean coal, anthracite and many other types of coal. The heat exchange surface adopts square coil tube structure, which features more sufficient heating surface and higher thermal efficiency. Simultaneously, advanced measurement and control systems of oil temperature, smoke temperature and oil pressure ensure stable operation for a long time.
