According to the fuel characteristics and combustion rate of various biomass-fired boilers, furnace arches, furnace walls and furnace heating surfaces can be rationally arranged to ensure high efficiency of combustion and evaporation.

Junhun Property mainly manages property management, house leasing, landscape afforesting design and construction etc. In order to improve the heating quality of the community, Junhun Property purchased 10 tph DZL series biomass-fired steam boiler (DZL-1.25-T) at ZOZEN.

The fuel of biomass-fired boiler has wide adaptability and long service life. It is also recognized as a high-efficiency, energy-saving and environmental-friendly boiler product. At the same time, the investment in biomass energy is relatively low, so biomass-fired boilers are widely used in urban industrial parks to meet the heating needs.

ZOZEN boiler vertical and circular seams adopt advanced unionmelt welding process to ensure the welding quality. All the vertical and circular seams will be done 100% radiographic inspection. After the boiler was installed and put into use, the steam boiler was stable in operation, strong in output, and the combustion of biomass fuel was sufficient, which saved us a large amount of fuel cost.
