The thermal fluid heater uses heat conducting oil to provide heating energy, which features low pressure and high temperature. A high-performance thermal fluid heater is an important equipment for enterprises. Azhar Corporation (Pvt) Ltd. (hereinafter, ACPL) is a leading company specializing in laundry & toilet soap manufacturing in Pakistan, the main products include laundry soaps, bath soaps, facial soap, etc. The manufacturing process requires a plenty of heating for molding and drying, therefore, the thermal fluid heater plays a key role in the production line of ACPL. Considering the unstable running and low efficiency of the obsolete boilers, ACPL decided to eliminate the obsolete ones and introduce one new efficient thermal fluid heater. ZOZEN has used advanced equipments and unique manufacturing techniques during the manufacturing process of thermal fluid heaters; so that there are significant advantages in performance.

With the good reputation in Pakistan market, ZOZEN successfully achieved cooperation with ACPL. The sales manager from ZOZEN customized one set of 4.8MW YLW series solid fuel-fired thermal fluid heater for ACPL after understanding their actual working conditions.

This series of thermal fluid heater features wide adaptability of fuels, including all kinds of coals, and biomass fuels. The heat exchange surface adopts square coil tube structure, which features more sufficient heating surface and higher thermal efficiency; with the flue gas waste heat system, the thermal efficiency can reach up to 95%. Simultaneously, advanced measurement and control systems of oil temperature, smoke temperature and oil pressure ensure a long-time stable running of the thermal fluid heater.
