Steam boilers play an important role in bleaching, embossing, concentration and drying processes in the paper industry, and are indispensable and important equipment for every paper enterprise. Baoding Fumin Paper Co., Ltd. is a professional paper-making enterprise which produces box drawing, toilet toilet paper, tissue paper, tray paper, diapers, sanitary napkins, wet towels, etc. In response to various environmental protection policies issued by the state, Fumin Paper Industry plans to invest about 4 million yuan in technological renovation, demolish existing boiler rooms, eliminate existing coal-fired steam boilers, supporting soft water preparation systems and waste gas treatment facilities. A new 200 m2 boiler house was built and a low nitrogen combustion gas boiler was introduced. ZOZEN Boiler won the award with high quality products and high quality service, providing Fumin Paper Industry with 20t/h SZS Series Gas Boilers (SZS20-1.6-Q).

This dual-drum gas-fired boiler is a typical energy-saving and environment-friendly boiler, with large furnace space and full fuel combustion; with low nitrogen burner, it can easily meet the requirements of ultra-low emission of NOx; and the combustion chamber uses narrow-spacing tube-film water wall, which has better air tightness and thermal efficiency up to 98%.
