Thermal fluid heater is a kind of equipment which provides heat energy for reaction and fractionation process of residue hydrogenation in chemical industry. Guangyue Chemical Co., Ltd. is a new integrated chemical enterprise, which mainly focuses on petroleum processing, supplemented by warehousing logistics and international trade services.

In 2018, Guangyue Chemical started to establish the second phase project, planning to build 1.6 million tons/year residue hydrogenation and supporting projects. ZOZEN has a unique process in the manufacture of thermal fluid heater, which fully guarantees the quality of the boiler. Therefore, it has been widely welcomed in the chemical industry. After professional explanation by ZOZEN Engineer, Guangyue Chemical Project Manager ordered a vertical gas-fired thermal fluid heater(YQL-21000Q) with 18 million cards. This boiler is designed with multi-loop coil, which has strong safety, sufficient heating surface and high thermal efficiency of over 95%. It is equipped with low nitrogen combustion device for energy saving and environmental protection.
