There are many manufacturing processes need steam in food industry, including stewing food, drying and moisturizing, sterilizing mold, vacuum packaging, etc, hence, a steam boiler plays a key role in food industry. Universal Robina Corporation (URC) is one of the largest branded consumer food and beverage product companies in the Philippines and has a significant and growing presence in the ASEAN markets. With the growing demands of market, URC planned to build a new plant. As the core equipment of the production line, they were in urgent need of one set of high-quality steam boiler.

As a leader in Asian industrial boiler manufacturers, ZOZEN has served many enterprises in the Philippines. What’s more, to improve the service efficiency and quality, ZOZEN has established service centers in the Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, etc. ZOZEN's solid strength and rich experience successfully won the favor of URC, and became the boiler supplier of URC. ZOZEN recommended SZL series coal-fired steam boiler for URC after conducting a field investigation. This series of boiler has the advantages of sufficient output and high efficiency; the furnace adopts the structure of closely-aligned membrane wall tubes to ensure the larger radiation heating area. In addition, to improve the economic benefits, the boiler is equipped with independent wind barns, by which users can adjust the wind supply to ensure the complete combustion of fuels.
