A steam boiler is the essential equipment for the production line of edible oil, providing steam for manufacturing processes including impurity removal, drying, decoloration and filtration. Chitral Oil & Ghee Industries (Pvt) Ltd., established in 2004, is a large oil enterprise. Its main products are cooking oil, edible oils, vegetable vanaspati and industrial fats. As the consumption patterns are changing in Pakistan, the demand for edible oil is growing day by day. The government of Pakistan strongly called on meeting national demand by increasing domestic production. Chitral Oil & Ghee Industries (Pvt) Ltd. seized the opportunity and planned to introduce several more production lines.

The technical team from the company conducted in-depth exchange with ZOZEN's engineers to ensure the steam boilers' high durability of quality and performance. The company fully affirmed ZOZEN's advanced and professional manufacturing technique and ordered several sets of 10tph SZL series coal-fired water tube boilers. This kind of water tube boiler has wide fuel adaptability; in addition, it is equipped with independent wind barns to distribute wind according to the different combustion conditions; chain grate layer burning ensures the full combustion of fuels. ZOZEN also customized the feeding system, mucking system and tail flue gas processing system for the company, which would effectively improve their economic benefits.
