ZOZEN, one of the most influential boiler manufacturers in Asia, customized a comprehensive boiler solution for Longzheng Environmental Protection Technologies Co., LTD.: ZOZEN recommended 4 sets of 10 tph WNS series gas-fired steam boilers for the company based on their actual demands for steam. This series of boiler adopts a large-diameter corrugated furnace to increase furnace heat transfer area, ensuring the stable running of the boilers. In addition, the boiler is equipped with a low NOx burner to reduce the NOx emission to 30mg/Nm3; furthermore, ZOZEN also installed economizer and condenser on the tail of the gas-fired boiler, which will effectively reduce the exhaust gas temperature below 60℃ and improve thermal efficiency up to 98%.
